Glue dispensing host: This is the core component, equipped with a glue dispensing pump or valve inside, which can correctly control the amount and frequency of glue dispensing. Common types include pneumatic, screw, and plunger glue dispensing pumps, which are suitable for different viscosities of glue. From low viscosity instant glue to high viscosity silicone gel, they can be selected according to needs.
Motion platform: Generally a planar motion module with XY axis, driven by a motor and equipped with precision screws and guide rails, guiding the dispensing head to move correctly, with positioning accuracy up to millimeter or even micrometer level, achieving dispensing operations with complex patterns and trajectories. Some products will also add a Z-axis to adjust the dispensing height.
Control system: known as the "brain" of dispensing machines, it often uses programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or industrial computers. Operators can input dispensing path, speed, and adhesive quantity parameters on its interface, as well as preset dispensing programs and store multiple sets of process data for easy switching of production tasks.
Carrying platform: provides placement support for workpieces to be glued, and some are equipped with vacuum suction devices to firmly fix lightweight and small workpieces, preventing displacement during gluing.
2. Working principle: Glue or other fluid materials are loaded into the material cylinder of the dispensing system. According to the set dispensing program, the motion platform moves the moving glue head to the starting position. The dispensing pump extrudes a certain amount of glue according to the predetermined parameters, and the dispensing head moves correctly along the preset trajectory to evenly coat the surface of the workpiece with glue.

High precision: able to achieve stable dispensing operations, meeting the strict precision requirements of processes such as chip packaging and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) device manufacturing.
Flexible operation: The software control interface is user-friendly, and operators can quickly get started after simple training, adjust dispensing parameters, and switch between different production tasks.
Cost controllable: Compared to large industrial dispensing equipment, it has lower procurement costs, less energy consumption, simple daily maintenance, and lower overall operating costs.
